North East Herts MP Oliver Heald joined past and present staff, fundraisers, volunteer helpers and children to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Grange Tiny Hands Pre-School in Letchworth Garden City. The party included games and a cake-cutting ceremony.

Commenting, Oliver Heald said, “I was delighted to be invited to join the Pre-School to celebrate this wonderful Anniversary. The Pre-School was built up originally by local mums on a voluntary basis and has provided excellent childcare for the past forty years.
